MyInventory.Link Overview

Inventory infrastructure for car dealers

Your inventory, in one clean feed, everywhere you need it.

We read the vehicles off your own website, standardize every field, and publish them at one address that never changes. Your CRM, your vendors, your marketing and your team all read the same list, updated through the day.

No plugin, no tag on your site, and nothing for your website vendor to approve.

Every 20 min Feeds are rechecked through the day, seven days a week
40 brands Factory incentives, 30 of them pulled straight from the manufacturer
239,000+ Carriers and transport services, checked against federal records
One address Your feed URL is permanent, so you set it up once

The problem

Your inventory already exists. Getting at it is the hard part.

Every store has its list of cars on its own website. Almost nobody can hand that list to a partner in a usable form. Exports arrive late, field names differ from one vendor to the next, photos go missing, and a price change on the website takes days to show up anywhere else.

We take the list you already publish and turn it into something machines can read and people can trust: the same fields for every store, refreshed through the day, with a person watching for the failures that would otherwise go unnoticed until a customer calls about a car that sold last week.

What we run for you

Inventory feeds

New, used and certified, collected from your website and published as one standardized feed per inventory type. Field names never change, and neither does the address.

How a feed is built

Dealer portal

Your team signs in to see every feed, fix a price, swap a photo or add a unit that is not on the website yet. Corrections are kept, so the next refresh does not undo the work.

Inside the portal

Factory incentives

Current manufacturer offers for the brands you sell, priced to your ZIP code, refreshed monthly and published as a page you can share and a feed you can read.

How incentives work

Transport and carriers

Build a transport request from a unit you already have, send it to the carriers you choose, and keep every quote and reply threaded to the request.

Moving a car

How it works

We read your website

You give us the address of your new and used inventory pages. Where your website platform has a proper data source behind it, we read that instead of the page, which is faster and never misses a car.

We standardize the fields

VIN, stock number, year, make, model, trim, price, MSRP, mileage, colours, drivetrain, photos and the link back to your listing. Same names for every store.

We publish and watch

Your feed goes live at a permanent address. Counts, missing files and mismatched conditions are checked on every run, and a failure is ours to chase, not yours.

You point things at it

Your CRM, your website vendor, a marketplace, a marketing partner, or your own team through the portal. One list, one address, everybody current.

Who it is for

Stores that are tired of chasing their own numbers

We work with single-rooftop franchise stores, independent lots, small groups, and wholesalers who move cars between rooftops. If your inventory lives on a website and somebody keeps re-keying it somewhere else, this is built for you.

  • Franchise stores that need factory incentives and a clean feed on the same page.
  • Independents whose website exports are late, partial or nonexistent.
  • Groups that want one field set across rooftops instead of one per vendor.
  • Wholesale and transport operations moving units between stores and auctions.

Getting started

What the first week looks like

From first call to live feed
Day oneYou send your store name and the address of your inventory pages. We build a sample feed from your live website and show you the record for a car you know.
Day twoWe agree the field set, decide whether anything should be held back from the feed, such as price on a used unit, and set the refresh schedule.
Day threeYour feed address goes live. We hand it to whoever needs to read it and confirm the first successful pull on their side.
OngoingYour team gets portal sign-ins. We watch the runs, and if a website change breaks a feed we fix the collector, not you.

See your own inventory in a clean feed

Send us your store name and website. We will build a sample feed from your live inventory and walk you through it, with nothing to install and no change to your website.
