Built by people who sold cars first
MyInventory.Link is built by the team behind LeadLocate for the stores we already work with every day.
Where this came from
A tool we built for our own customers first
MyInventory.Link is a LeadLocate product. It started as plumbing for our own CRM customers, who kept asking the same question: why is it so hard to get a usable copy of my own inventory?
The answer was that everyone in the chain has a reason to keep it awkward. So we built the piece that was missing, used it with our own stores for long enough to know it holds, and then made it available on its own.
We are not a marketplace and we do not sell your inventory data to anyone. Our customer is the store.
Plain over clever
A feed is a file at an address. A page says what it does. When something breaks we say so and fix it, rather than adding a status badge that says degraded.
The store owns the data
It is your inventory. We publish it for you, you decide what is in it, and you can take it and go at any time.
Answer the phone
Support is a phone number and a person, on the hours we publish. A dealership problem at four on a Saturday is not a ticket for Monday.
