Your whole lot, live inside the CRM your team already sells from.

Every vehicle on your lot, live inside the LeadLocate CRM: text a car to a customer in one tap, put real inventory on every salesperson's website, and never re-key a unit again.

What it looks like

A customer texts at 7:41 on a Tuesday night. Is the white Tahoe still there?

Your salesperson answers from the couch with the car itself: today's price, the mileage, the photo, and a link that opens on the customer's phone. No screenshot, no "let me check in the morning", no typo in the price.

That is what MyInventory.Link and LeadLocate do together. We keep a live, clean copy of every vehicle on your lot. LeadLocate puts it inside every conversation, every salesperson's website and every lead your team works. Nobody types a stock number twice, and nobody quotes a car that sold last week.

Every 20 min Your inventory is rechecked through the day, so the CRM never shows a stale price
One tap To text or email a live vehicle to a customer from inside the CRM
One sign-in Your LeadLocate account opens the MyInventory.Link portal and the mobile app
Zero Vehicles re-keyed by hand into the CRM, a website, or a message, ever again

What your team gets

Inventory, inside the CRM

An Inventory page in the LeadLocate menu for every salesperson, showing exactly what is on the lot right now: new, used and certified, searchable by year, make, model, trim, VIN or stock number. No second login, no spreadsheet, no walking out to check.

Text a car in one tap

A car button sits in the text and email composer. Tap it, pick the unit, and the customer receives the photo, the price and a short link that opens the listing. It is the most effective message a salesperson can send, and it takes four seconds.

Live inventory on every salesperson's website

Each person on your team gets a personal website through LeadLocate. The store's live inventory is on it from the day the account is created, because the feed address is filled in for them. A price change on your website shows up there the same day.

Factory incentives, next to the cars

Current manufacturer offers for the brands you sell, priced to your ZIP code, published as a page in the CRM and a feed your team can quote from. 40 brands, 30 of them read straight from the manufacturer.

Build-your-vehicle leads, straight into the CRM

The MyInventory.Link build-your-vehicle widget on your website captures a shopper's exact configuration and drops it into LeadLocate as an inbound lead: round robin, duplicate check, and your automated first message, without a line of setup on your side.

One sign-in for everything

Your people sign in to the MyInventory.Link portal and app with their LeadLocate account. Add someone to the CRM and they appear in the store's portal team on their own. Remove them and the door closes everywhere at once.

How the sync works

Activate once

Your account manager presses one button on your company profile in LeadLocate. Your store is created here, and the five addresses the CRM needs, two inventory feeds, an inventory page and two incentive addresses, are filled into your profile on the spot.

We read your website

Give us the address of your new and used inventory pages. We read the data source behind them, standardize every field, and publish your feed at an address that never changes. Rechecked every 20 minutes, seven days a week.

The CRM lights up

The Inventory menu, the car button in the composer, the incentives page and every salesperson's website all start reading the feed. Nothing to paste, nothing to configure, nothing for your website vendor to approve.

Your team sells from it

Every text, email and website your team sends out from that moment carries real cars at real prices. When a unit sells, it leaves the feed, and it leaves every conversation with it.

Two products, one store

The CRM

LeadLocate

LeadLocate is the all-in-one lead generation and CRM platform for car dealers, auto brokers and sales professionals. It delivers exclusive, real-time buyer and seller leads from your own local zone, then gives your team everything to work them: two-way texting, email, ringless voicemail, recorded calling with transcription, automated follow-up, a personal website for every salesperson, desking and e-sign deal pages, with a dedicated account manager and unlimited live training behind it.

It is where your team lives all day. Which is exactly why the inventory has to be in it.

The inventory

MyInventory.Link

MyInventory.Link reads the vehicles off your own website, standardizes every field, and publishes them as one clean feed at an address that never changes, with a dealer portal and a mobile app for fixing a price or a photo from the lot. It adds factory incentives priced to your ZIP code, transport requests to a directory of 239,000+ carriers, and a build-your-vehicle widget that turns shoppers into leads.

It is the single source of truth for what is on your lot. Everything else, starting with the CRM, reads from it.

How a feed is built

What moves between them

Read live, never copied

The CRM reads the feed at the moment a salesperson opens it. There is no export, no import and no overnight job that can fall behind.

Between LeadLocate and MyInventory.Link
Your storeCreated here from your LeadLocate company profile at activation. Name, contact and account id, entered once.
Feed addressesNew and used inventory feeds, the inventory page, and the incentive page and feed, filled into your CRM profile automatically.
VehiclesEvery unit and every field, rechecked every 20 minutes. Read live by the CRM, so a sold car disappears from the Inventory page and the car button at the next refresh.
PeopleTeam members and their roles, from the CRM to the portal, so the people who can see and fix inventory are the people you put on the account.
LeadsBuild-your-vehicle submissions delivered into LeadLocate as inbound leads, with round robin and your first-message automation applied.
CorrectionsA price or photo fixed in the portal or the app is stored as a correction and reapplied on every refresh, so the CRM shows the fix too.

Why stores pay for the pair

The fastest answer wins the customer

Most shoppers text three stores. The one that comes back first with the actual car, the actual price and a link they can tap is the one they drive to. A salesperson who can do that in under a minute, at nine at night, from a phone, sells more cars than one who says "let me check tomorrow". That is the entire pitch.

Everything else on this page is what makes that possible without anyone at the store lifting a finger: the feed that is always current, the CRM that reads it, and the accounts that match.

  • Franchise stores that want incentives and live inventory in the same conversation as the lead.
  • Independent lots whose salespeople still text photos from the lot because nothing else was current.
  • Dealer groups that want one field set across every rooftop and one sign-in across every product.
  • Brokers and wholesalers moving units between stores who need the list to be right, everywhere, today.
  • Any LeadLocate store that has ever quoted a car it no longer had.

Common questions

What is LeadLocate?

LeadLocate is an all-in-one lead generation and CRM platform for car dealerships, auto brokers and individual sales professionals. It delivers exclusive buyer and seller leads from a local zone in real time and includes texting, email, voicemail, call recording, automated follow-up, personal websites, desking and e-sign tools, with live training and a dedicated account manager. It is built by the same company as MyInventory.Link and described in full at leadlocate.com.

What is MyInventory.Link?

MyInventory.Link is inventory infrastructure for car dealers. It reads the vehicles off your website, standardizes every field and publishes one clean feed at a permanent address, with a dealer portal and mobile app, factory incentives, transport requests and a carrier directory. The inventory feeds page explains how a feed is built.

I already use LeadLocate. What do I do?

Ask your account manager to connect MyInventory.Link. Your store is created from the profile the CRM already holds, the feed addresses are filled into your company record, and your team's Inventory menu, car button and websites start reading the feed. Nothing is installed and nothing is entered twice.

I already use MyInventory.Link. Can I add LeadLocate?

Yes, and it is the best thing you can do with the feed. Talk to us and your LeadLocate account is set up with your inventory already in it: the Inventory menu, the car button in every text and email, incentives, and a personal website for each salesperson with your live cars on it from day one.

What happens when a car sells?

It comes off your website, so it comes off the feed at the next check, within 20 minutes. From that moment it is gone from the Inventory page in the CRM, from the car button, and from every salesperson's website. A link already sent to a customer keeps working and shows the vehicle as no longer available.

Do I need both products?

Each stands on its own and plenty of stores run one. Together they close the gap every store has: the people who talk to customers all day finally have the real inventory in the tool they talk from. That is where the sales come from, and it is why we built them to fit.

Is there a separate charge for the connection?

No. The connection between the two products is part of both. You pay for the products you use, and the wiring between them comes with them.

Does this work with a different CRM?

Any CRM that can read a JSON address can read your feed, and we will hand your vendor a live sample address today. The LeadLocate connection is the one where the Inventory menu, the car button, the salesperson websites, the lead feed and the shared sign-in are already built and waiting, so there is nothing for you to wire.

Put every car on your lot in your team's pocket

Tell us your store name and website. We will build your feed, connect it to LeadLocate, and show your team the car button working on a real customer conversation before the week is out.
