A heads up the moment a car sells
When a listed vehicle leaves your inventory, the toolbar badge lights up and Chrome tells you which listing to take down, so nobody drives across town for a car you sold yesterday.
Your whole inventory in a Chrome side panel. Post to vehicle advertising platforms in a click, send a batch at a safe pace, and hear the moment a listed car sells.
Built for dealers
Every vehicle on your lot sits in a side panel next to whatever you are doing, with live prices and the full photo set. Click one, or tick a whole row, and each listing is filled in, photographed and published from your own account. Platforms with a listing fee are filled right up to the payment page.
Included for every MyInventory.Link and LeadLocate store.
How it works
One click from the Chrome Web Store. No download to unzip, no settings to change, nothing for your IT person to do.
Use the same dealership login you already have. Your store, your inventory and your listings load on their own.
Post one vehicle, or tick a whole batch and press Post. Choose the photos and edit the description if you like.
Each listing fills in and publishes in its own tab. The link is saved, and you hear about it the moment that car sells.
What it fills in
Your feed's colors, body styles and fuel types are matched to the exact choices each platform offers, so a Morning Haze Kia or a crew cab pickup lands in the right box without anyone retyping it.
| Listing details | Vehicle type, photos, location, year, make, model, mileage, price, body style, exterior and interior color, condition, fuel type, transmission and a ready written description. Then it publishes. |
|---|---|
| Fee based platforms | Area, dealer category, posting title, price, ZIP, description, VIN, make and model, odometer, condition, cylinders, drive, fuel, paint, title status, transmission, type, model year, your store phone and every photo. You pay the platform's dealer fee on the last step. |
| Connected posting accounts | Stores that connect a dealer posting account in LeadLocate post straight through it in one click, with prices kept in step and sold cars taken down for you. |
| Your own touch | Pick and order photos, edit the description, and add a line to the end of every listing, such as your financing offer or hours. |
Built to protect your accounts
Posting 40 cars in 4 minutes is the quickest way to get an account limited. MyInventory.Link spaces a batch out the way a person would, keeps each salesperson to a daily number that stays well inside what platforms expect, and stops by itself the moment a platform asks for any kind of check.
Everything happens in your browser, on your own account, on the listing pages the extension opened for you. It does not read your messages, your friends or any other page.
After it is live
When a listed vehicle leaves your inventory, the toolbar badge lights up and Chrome tells you which listing to take down, so nobody drives across town for a car you sold yesterday.
Lower a price on your website and the Listings tab shows every ad still carrying the old one, with the new figure ready, so your best deal is the one buyers see.
Each car shows who already has it listed, so two salespeople never post the same unit and your store looks sharp everywhere it advertises.
The extension is built so new sites slot into the panel you already use. As we add platforms they appear in the panel with no new install.
Common questions
Anyone with a login at a MyInventory.Link or LeadLocate store whose access includes Inventory. Sign in with the same dealership login you already use and your store's vehicles load automatically.
Yes. With Publish for me on, it fills the listing form, adds your photos, publishes the listing and saves its link. If you prefer to look first, turn the setting off and each listing waits, filled in, for your click.
Batches are built to look like a person working: one listing at a time, a minute or two apart, 10 a day by default. If a platform asks for a check, the queue stops and waits for you. It is the pace that keeps accounts healthy.
MyInventory.Link opens the platform in your area, picks the dealer category, fills every box and uploads your photos. Where a platform charges dealers a fee per ad, you pay it on the platform at the last step. Stores with a connected dealer posting account post in one click with no form at all.
Some platforms ask for at least 300 miles. MyInventory.Link enters 300 and puts the real figure, for example Actual miles: 8, at the top of the description, so the listing goes through and the buyer still sees the truth. You can switch this off in settings.
Never. It works inside the Chrome you are already signed in to, on your own accounts. Your dealership login connects the extension to your inventory and that is the only sign in it asks for.
The extension only acts on the listing pages it opened for you, keeps your settings on your own computer, and sends us nothing but what it needs to track your listings. The privacy policy sets out exactly what it reads and stores.
No. It comes with your MyInventory.Link and LeadLocate account, for every salesperson on it.
Add MyInventory.Link to Chrome, sign in with your dealership login, and post your first batch today. Our team will walk your salespeople through it on a real car.
